House Rules

Please plan to drop off and pick up your pet at scheduled time.

Pets not dropped off or picked up at scheduled times can be charged an additional $20.00 fee and may be denied boarding.  This policy ensures each guest receives proper care and allows us to prepare for upcoming arrivals.

If you need to adjust your drop-off or pick-up time, please contact us in advance — we’re happy to accommodate when possible.
