House Rules

Please plan to drop off and pick up your pet during the designated hours.

Pets not dropped off or picked up at scheduled times will be charged an additional $25.00 fee for each delayed hour and may be denied boarding.  Deposit fees will not be refunded.

This policy ensures each guest receives proper care and allows us to prepare for upcoming arrivals.

If you need to adjust your drop-off or pick-up time, please contact us in advance — we’re happy to accommodate when possible.
